Meet the Orlando Team Behind Penhallow Remodeling Orlando
Remodeling is a people business before it’s a construction business. You let strangers into your home for weeks at a time, and you deserve to know who they are. Our Orlando crew is a small, tight group of licensed and insured professionals who have worked together long enough to read each other’s moves on a job site. No rotating cast of subcontractors you’ve never met. The same background-checked, uniformed team shows up from demo day to final walkthrough. Here’s who you’ll see in your kitchen, bathroom, or whole-home remodel.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has spent 14 years in residential construction, the last six of them leading remodel crews across Orange County. He started as a framing apprentice and worked his way up through finish carpentry, which is why he can spot a wall that’s out of plumb from across the room. Marcus holds his Florida General Contractor license and is certified in OSHA 30 construction safety. He’s the one who walks your home before we write a single number, mapping out load-bearing walls and checking what’s hiding behind the drywall. Outside of work, Marcus rebuilds old motorcycles in his garage. He says it keeps his hands honest.
Elena R. – Senior Installer
Elena is the person we put on cabinet and tile detail, because she treats an eighth-inch gap the way most people treat a billing error. She has 11 years of experience in high-end finish work, with specializations in KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry installation and large-format tile laying. Elena is certified in Cambria quartz fabrication and installation standards, which matters when a slab weighs 400 pounds and has to land exactly right. She’s originally from Tampa and still gives Orlando traffic the same look everyone else does. On weekends, she volunteers doing tile work for a local Habitat for Humanity chapter.
Dana S. – Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the phone when you call Penhallow Remodeling Orlando at (850) 427-6454. She’s been with the Kingswell family of companies since 2018 and knows the Orlando permit office well enough that they greet her by name. Dana handles scheduling, material orders, and the written pricing documents that go out before any work begins. She’s the reason your project gets a permit pulled on time and your countertop order doesn’t sit in a warehouse for two weeks. Dana grew up in Winter Park and can tell you which neighborhoods still have original 1960s plumbing worth checking before any bathroom remodel starts.
Jordan B. – Apprentice
Jordan is two years into his construction career and works alongside Marcus and Elena on every job we run in Orlando. He’s currently enrolled in a four-year carpentry apprenticeship through the Florida Carpenters Training Program, logging classroom hours on top of field time. Jordan started with us on demo and cleanup, and he’s already running smaller finish tasks under supervision. He’s the one who tapes off your floors with almost ceremonial care at the end of every workday. Jordan was born in Orlando and never left. He claims he can name every neighborhood between College Park and Lake Nona, and so far nobody has stumped him.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Penhallow Remodeling location operates to The Kingswell Way, the operating standard the brand has followed since 2004. Say the price before the work. Show up in the window we gave. Leave the place cleaner than we found it. That’s not a marketing line, it’s a daily checklist. Our Orlando crew works under the same rules: every project gets a written price before anything starts, every person who walks into your home is background-checked and in uniform, and every job carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If something fails inside that year, we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s covered in writing, and it applies to every remodel we touch in Orlando. When you call (850) 427-6454, a real person answers. Not a voicemail maze. Usually that’s Dana, and she’ll get you scheduled for a free estimate.
